BEST Leather and Fur began in Istanbul in 1996 and grew into one of the city’s fashion names, with stores in the heart of Istanbul and collections that follow world trends season by season.
What sets us apart is simple. We do not buy our leather from someone else. Premium skins are processed at our own tannery, then cut and finished at the BEST factory by a team that pairs modern technology with old-fashioned patience.
That control allows us to pay attention to the details that matter when you actually wear a piece: the feel of the leather, the balance of the cut, the quality of the stitching and the way the garment sits on the body.

When was BEST Leather and Fur founded?
In Istanbul, in 1996. The house has been making leather and fur ever since, and Leather Bodrum is its store on the Bodrum peninsula.
What does having your own tannery change?
Control. Because the skins are processed at our own tannery and finished at the BEST factory, we decide the quality at every stage instead of buying finished leather from someone else.
Why did you open a store in Bodrum?
Because leather has to be tried on. The Konacık store brings the BEST collection to the peninsula so that visitors and residents can see it, touch it and be fitted in person.
What does “simply the BEST” mean?
It is our motto and a small play on our name. We do not claim to be artsy. We claim to do one thing properly: leather and fur, made well.
